The facility itself(room) was nice, but somewhat dated. I received a “ handicapped room”, though I didn’t request. Liked the roomier atmosphere. Staff was friendly and breakfast servers pleasant and attentive.

Friendly and knowledgeable checkin staff. Clean room with thoughtful amenities (e.g. standard and USB plugins, body lotion, luggage stand, clothing iron, 24/7 coffee with fixings). Hot tub was nice and hot. Many good breakfast options from hot to cold and packaged to freshly made.

Couldn’t get housekeeping services
I’ve noticed this problem with Hampton lately. They say housekeeping is every other day, but that day never arrives. After three days I asked if I could get housekeeping and of course they said yes, but when I get back that day…no service. Four days at $160+ a day and they could never bother to empty a trash can or exchange a towel.

The room was very nice! Had a refrigerator and microwave! Also, the breakfast buffet was really good and was an added bonus! Will definitely stay here again!

Besides the overnight counter help sleeping in the lounge area, no complaints. Room did not get cleaned and fresh towels while staying there. We had to get towels from the hall cleaning carts

Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds, could use better pillows. Amazing breakfast daily. Beautiful views morning and night. Very pleased with our stay.

All Great except the pillows
We stayed 5 nights and it was really good. I am very critical and picky when it comes to cleanliness & details. And, I could not have been moreI pleased with our room & the cleanliness. The continental breakfast was good with a good variety. The only thing I did not love was the pillows. They were pretty flat & uncomfortable for my preference.

We were given a free upgrade to a very spacious room.
唯一要说的是，毛巾又旧又脏，需要用柔顺剂。它们很硬，而且我在浴缸里还发现了一根头发。除此之外，我今天过得很愉快。床很舒服。
