room was clean all the time.. Clean towels provided each day when asked. When we departed very early on Sunday the 30th, Kimberley the night desk manager made us coffee to go!!! What a treat. will definitely be back.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. As was the case last year, I found the toilet to be very low. As a tall person I find that difficult. Toilet flush handle wasn’t working but the second night a repair person fixed that nicely. Breakfast was very nice both mornings.

We enjoyed our stay here. The area is great (shopping area, many different stores) which I loved. The breakfast had limited options. (I do want to note we only had breakfast there one time during our two day stay). Overall fantastic hotel, staff were great and friendly.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Front desk and house keeping were amazing.
If anything needs improvement it's the breakfast restocking.

Check-in was great. I had an issue with my room & Ray promptly resolved it, ensuring my stay was great & comfortable. Ray is very upbeat & friendly, I enjoyed conversing with him. We stayed on the first floor, although the hotel was full it was quiet. Overall we had a great overnight stay.

My room on arrival smelled, and they were able to switch me right away. I do have to say all the doors to the rooms slam shut. I’ve stayed here a lot and Everytime someone, including myself, doesn’t carefully close the door, the door will slam shut. And it wakes me up, and scares the crap out of me. Also, there’s a door in the back that doesn’t lock so it could be an easy entry for someone who isn’t staying at the hotel. I’ve had no problems as a result of it but they should try to get it fixed. Also one time I did my laundry there and the dryer was out of order (they had ordered it though and were going to set it up) but they were very accommodating and the little lady who cleans was able to dry it for me in the commercial dryers that they have (for the hotel linens). So it ended up working out for me in the end

Key did not work, but was resolved. Check in was simple and the girl at the desk was very friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was good
