我喜欢希尔顿花园酒店——但入住前一定要确保他们已经装修完毕。他们说房间已经完工了——但事实并非如此。前台员工培训不足——他们只想怪罪********。火警警报响起时，说“建筑工人在楼梯间吸烟”（我们被告知是这样的），消防部门却迟迟没有出现——尽管所有人都已经疏散了。前台说：“我们不知道消防部门为什么没来。”管理层——请改进员工培训，考虑暂停一周，把装修工作完成，不要再追求数量而忽略质量了。
糟糕的体验
糟糕透了，泳池都停用了。我打电话问泳池是否开放，被告知是开放的。他们当时正在进行一些装修，但我前一天打电话的时候被告知只是大堂在装修，不会影响我们的住宿。入住时发现房间还在装修，泳池也停用了，餐厅也不开放，只能在房间里用餐。如果我打电话的时候就知道这些，我早就取消预订，改订其他酒店了。太令人失望了！！
这家酒店目前正在进行整栋楼的大规模翻新。由于翻新工程明显提升了酒店的档次，我个人对此没有意见。但很多人在入住期间都遇到了一些问题。我遵守了最初的预订，因为酒店在我入住期间立即给我发了邮件，告知了翻新事宜。
位置很棒，去金神大赌场 (Mohegan Sun) 很方便。因为网上说有班车所以住在这里。可惜没有班车……Uber/Lyft 大概单程 30 美元……！一楼都在施工……所以不太舒服……尤其是打算用泳池的话。
我们不得不搬家两次。这是一处新装修的房子，还没有检查过任何问题。第一个房间的门锁不上，第二个房间的马桶开关
坏了，所以我没法冲马桶。第三个房间的墙太薄了，我整晚都能听到隔壁房间的人打呼噜。这是我在希尔顿酒店经历过的最糟糕的体验。
工作人员非常乐于助人，也很友好。他们正在装修，所以房子有点凌乱，但除此之外，这里环境优美，有很多值得观赏和体验的地方。
