We had a weekend getaway for the Mihali concert at the Levitt Pavillion. Very lovely front desk employees, room was like any other Hilton. Didnt use any of their services but they had nice outdoor seating area. Very accommodating for a late check out. The major problem came from house keeping. 5 times between 8:30am and noon, they not only knocked on the door, but they proceeded to try and enter. The 4th knock I opened the door speaking with them. That did not deter them for a 5th knock. I use Hilton for my business travels, with this leaving an unpleasant experience. We will be booking a nearby hotel in the future when we return to Norwalk.

Best part of my stay was Chris, Lamar n Taylor. They are genuinely welcoming and extremely customer friendly! High kudos to them.
AS far as room.... needs updates. Suggestion: get rid of poorly hung curtains n go with solar blinds.
Install UBS ports.

Room had 2 moths flying around. Bed was comfy but carpet was old/appeared spoiled. I’ve machine had no ice. Bar had no wine.

Everything was great, large room, comfy bed, and giant bathroom, but I have just one request: the breakfast could use a boost. Coffee was plentiful but weak and not hot, hot oatmeal was tasty but containers of extras (honey, raisins, nuts) were empty both days. Staff was friendly, everything was clean and I would come back!

房间很干净,但有点小。床很舒服。不过话又说回来,房卡用不了,我不得不又回到前台重新办卡。房间里连一个杯子都没有,咖啡机旁没有,浴室里也没有。我打电话让他们送几个杯子过来。送杯子的那位女士把杯子递给我时,几乎都没看我一眼,脸上还带着一副嫌麻烦的表情。
总的来说,这是一次还算可以的住宿体验。我只住了一晚,对我来说够用了。只是对于希尔顿旗下的酒店来说,它有点低于我的预期。
入住手续办理得比较慢,因为需要两位工作人员来回推我才能完成。今天气温高达37摄氏度,公共区域的空调显然出了问题。房间还算可以,但浴室设施老旧,表面剥落、失去光泽。淋浴间的地板存在安全隐患。
房间干净舒适。前台办理入住的工作人员和客房清洁人员都很乐于助人,彬彬有礼。然而,酒保看到我们站在吧台,转过身去继续和其他顾客聊天。情况非常糟糕,她正在和那位顾客交谈,并指着我们说他们需要帮助。之后她就不屑一顾,尽量不帮忙。然后我们想吃糖果,却没能引起前台工作人员的注意。前台的态度同样恶劣。退房时,我们被告知无法获得收据副本。经过一番劝说,前台工作人员终于帮我们拿到了。总的来说,这家酒店给人的印象并不热情,考虑到每晚400美元的高昂价格,我不推荐入住。
