酒店回复: I'm so sorry that your stay was not as satisfying as most guests, I do not remember why it took 2 of us to check you in, I did check you in and I always try to go above and beyond to keep the guest happy, and yes the A/C in the lobby only was down for a few days, that was out of our control, but it is fixed now and very cool, and the A/C worked in the rooms and your comfort is more important than ours

I reserved two queens, but they gave us a king and a foldout as all that was available. The foldout hit the radiator when opened on the way down so wouldn’t fold out all the way. When I told them in the am, they still hadnt addressed it by 3:30 pm, so I moved furniture around myself to allow bed to foldout completely. Ugh.

The first room we were given was a nonsmoking but smelled horrible of cigarettes. The front desk gave us a new room right away.
At breakfast the area was barely clean. Splattered ketchup everywhere like it recently exploded. Attendant never gave us cutlery so we found our own plasticware

The room was fine - the door didn't properly lock though. We had one incident though - our rental car was vandalized in the parking lot. Very upsetting as we incurred additional expense on our vacation.
The evening staff during our stay, 10/27-10/31 was excellent.

Staff very outgoing and friendly, room was clean, comfortable bed, but I also heard the loud slam multiple times that other people mentioned. Sounds like a door slamming but does actually shake the room a bit. I had ear plugs and was able to sleep but that would bother most people.
