It looks like they're renovating or updating things...breakfast area could use updating and gym could use a few more machines...

Comfortable bed, really clean room and common areas. Next to highway, so it’s kind of noisy.

刚入住时，那位先生非常友善和蔼。安顿好后，房间很不错。但是，走廊上的任何动静都听得一清二楚。当我索要更多毛巾时，却被告知因为人手不足，浴巾已经没有了。此外，清洁人员早上特别吵，把我吵醒了。
这次酒店入住体验太差了！房间隔音效果不好，我们住的房间正对着高速公路，走廊旁边还有个制冰机。门周围有缝隙，能听到外面的人说话和冰块掉落的巨大声音。第一个晚上几乎没睡好。前台不给我们换房间，说是因为错过了房间清洁时间，他们只在客人退房后才打扫。我们以前住过这个区域的另一家酒店，就没有噪音问题。而且床单也因为洗得太多次而磨损了。下次肯定不会再住这里了！
阳台很脏。早餐区设在大堂，我们以为情况不会更糟了，结果他们又从我们的信用卡里扣了300美元，说是门把手在我们入住期间损坏的。我打电话过去澄清，并告知他们门锁在我们入住时就是这样的，结果所谓的经理竟然挂断了我的电话。我再次打电话过去，总经理的态度更恶劣。这家酒店应该关门大堂。光是大堂里的气味就令人作呕。我们是为了结婚纪念日和我丈夫的生日才住在这里，结果却如此糟糕，我们深感失望。我丈夫从入住第一天就想走了，就因为这种糟糕的体验。真是太令人失望了！我向客房服务员要额外的毛巾，她说洗衣机坏了，所以只给了我两间房各两条。感觉这里的一切都快要崩溃了。
价格昂贵，体验却很差。住了五晚，第四天不得不苦苦哀求客房服务人员来打扫，因为之前根本没人来过。淋浴、洗发水和护发素都是空的。床很不舒服，枕头硬得像煎饼一样。空调好像是定时的，只有白天开，晚上就热得汗流浃背。房间储物空间也不够。早餐和咖啡都要收费。这个价位的酒店应该像其他酒店一样提供热咖啡和欧陆式早餐。
我不会再来这家酒店了。
我们入住期间，酒店正在施工，所以有很多敲击声，也用胶带封住了。酒店很舒适。泳池虽小，但很不错。不过健身房实际上只有三台跑步机、一架哑铃和一个半漏气的瑜伽球。房间本来可以容纳更多设备，所以我希望装修后这种情况能有所改变。
