The rooms carpet felt wet and an odor to it. The whole hotel just had a dirty appearance needs to be clean top to bottom. On a good note shuttle service was amazing.

Our room smelled damp and moldy. Bed was quite comfortable though and overall was fine for a quick overnight stay.

Not enough parking....
2nd night there, the hotel had an event, a party of some type. Anyway, there was zero parking in the main parking lot so we were told to go park around the backside of the bldg. It was PITCH BLACK, NO LIGHTING with some sketchy dudes hanging out by the edge of the lot. We locked up and literally ran thru the lot to get back around by the front. They should've had a parking attendant directing PARTY GUESTS to the back lot where there is an actual entrance to the banquet room, leaving the main lot to the paying hotel guests..... but hey that's just me.

Was an easy drive to concert venue. Offered shuttle service at convenient times. Only 1 elevator working so long waits. Stairs werent bad but needed better lighting. Would definitely stay here again for another show.

Very nice property that's very convenient to Mohegan Sun. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even had complimentary drinks in the lobby when I was checking in. Shuttle was available to and from the Mohegan Sun until 2:00 am. We got breakfast to go from the restaurant on the suggestion of the desk clerk since we didn't have time to sit down. Very reasonably priced and very good! Would stay there again.

It's a hard no!
Room smelled musty. The tub was gross, hair in the drain, rust and paint chipped around the drain. Overall dirty. We didn't use the shower for this reason. One elevator door was not closing properly. Told the front desk, she said it has to be reset.

Big room with fridge and microwave was really good. But carpet had burns/stains. The nightstand outlets kept cutting out, cause their cord in the wall was obstructed by the mattress.
