The first night was great then I decided to stay an additional night due to my boyfriend being a truck driver he had got back on rode late & I refused to drive back home at night so I stayed an additional night & was given the same wrong but the same wash clothes was hanging over the shower rod & the microwave wasn’t clean. I informed the manager but they sweep under the rug. Other than that the hotel was great.

40 degrees outside and we walked into the room and the window was open. Had a hard time getting the room to warm up. Shower had hair left in it.

Pool closed at 8pm. No hot water in room at 9pm (front desk fixed). No blankets or bedspread, just sheet (front desk fixed). Ice machine on 3rd floor not working

The staff were superb, could not do enough for us. The rooms were dated, they need repair and refurbishment.

They checked the wrong person in before we even arrived. They offered two other room which were not clean. We went to another hotel and are seeking a refund.

This hotel was run down. Our room had a hole in the wall, the carpet was peeling up. There was a sheet and a thin blanket and the pillows were flat.
