Everything was great. My only complaint was all the pillows were too thick, giving a crick in my neck the first night. I purchased a cheap smaller pillow und used it for the remaining nights and slept well.

Receptionist not welcoming but not rude. Given room 212. Walked down hallway to room, very smoke smell. It was covered up with some kind of perfume spray. Open room 212, my husband and myself walked out quickly due to strong perfume smoke smell. It made of feel sick. Told receptionist, she apologized and moved up to 103. It was better. But had some smoke smell coming from stairway. Need to have better restriction policies on people who should not be smoking in a non- smoking environment.

The bed was a bit too firm for me. Also there was a dip where my knees were so it hurt there a bit. Other than that it was great.

I booked a room with 2 Queens beds and they gave me a room with a king size bed I went back to front desk to ask to the lady April for my right room She said as is the same price when the 2 Queens beds are not available they change to king bed room. Well was the night I didn’t have a choice Next day in the morning I went to the front desk to ask for swap room to the 2 Queens beds and the Guy was helpful and swapped to the right room that night I can rest well I forgot the name of the young guy but he made a very good customer service to me

Everything was great except the the refrigerator, we had to unplug it because it was making a very loud noise. Overall, everything was great.
