Very large and nice room, but the AC was not working at it was very hot in the room. By the time we knew it was after 11pm. Technician came right up and worked on it for about 30 min with noticeable improvement but it still didn’t get really cooled off, and the vent in the bathroom was completely non functional, so very uncomfortable in there.

Nice hotel, but omelet kitchen is too small for a large hotel resulting in a very long slow-moving wait in line..

Nice experience
Went to San Marcos to visit our daughter who is a student, it was just a single night stay. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, albeit a bit dated. It wasn't run down, just a little dated. Evening hospitality was nice for a drink and relaxing after a long drive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with an omelette bar. This hotel will be our go-to from now on when visiting San Marcos.

Twenty something year olds next to our room set off the FIRE alarm THREE TIMES. We suspect the 6 - 8 people piled into room next door were friends of staff because neither the fire station nor police ever arrived on property. The next morning we had the luck to stand next to them in the breakfast line for omelettes and they were laughing about the situation. 😕

房间没有宣传的那样，本应是两室一厅，结果却是一个只有一张双人床的单间。第一个房间里有水蝽，第二个早餐我们前三天都没吃上，因为他们人手不够，什么都缺，进水管都伸出门外连走廊去了。所以，我们以后绝对不会再住这里了。
脏乱的环境
第二天我们外出了一整天，回来后发现餐桌很脏，房间和客厅都很脏，而且留给我们的毛巾也不够。
一切都很完美。
房间清洁度有待提高，早餐品种也有些变化。
他们的停车费怎么可能这么贵！！！
