The staff at the hotel were great. They were welcoming and helpful when we checked in. My biggest issue with the room is the ventilation. We were in one of the suite. The room felt really stuffy despite the air conditioning being on. When you got out of the shower there was no air circulation at all. There was no airflow or working vents in the bathroom and it was extremely hot and stuffy. The room appeared to be clean, so there was no issues there. The breakfast was OK with your standard foods like waffles, eggs, sausage, both turkey and pork, and some muffins and toast. Overall, it was a decent stay. The surrounding areas is mostly other hotels, but the Opry is about three minutes away, and there are some restaurants around.

晚上9点左右到达——第一个房间霉味重，异味难闻。9点半左右我通知了前台——他们很快就给我安排了一间新房间。新房间条件好了一些，但仍然有潮湿的气味。不过比之前好多了。床垫有点硬，而且有些老化。
大堂和公共区域干净整洁，维护良好。早餐很棒，工作人员服务周到。周围的服务也很棒。
酒店交通便利，干净整洁。员工热情友好。床很舒服，早餐是典型的快餐。电视需要安装在墙上……位置太低，看不清画面。浴室还需要一个可拉出的化妆镜，因为浴室镜子太暗，看不清近处。总的来说，这是一次不错的体验，还会再次入住！
地理位置优越，靠近奥普里乐园和购物中心。附近有很多餐厅，提供外卖服务！工作人员很棒，还提供了美味的免费早餐。唯一让我不太满意的是床太硬了！
建议把吸烟区移到客房门口以外的地方。这样一来，1dt 层就会闻到有人在酒店里吸烟的味道。
