Austin Wells was awesome after having to leave the Comfort Inn in Sumter, for several reasons no hot water, customer service was awful, pool cold smell in the room Austin made the transition so easy. Thank you so very much Austin. We really appreciate your hospitality.

Best accessible room. Bathtub was low enough to use personal shower stool. Had both handheld shower and regular shower. Towels were fluffy and absorbent. Breakfast was great.

The staff were amazing, Ms.Susie, Doug and Eric made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. We will stay at this location again when we come back.

They are remodelling right now but besides that it is a nuce place.
我入住期间酒店正在施工。预订时我并不知道。施工区域没有用施工帘之类的东西隔开,出电梯简直糟透了,到处都是家具、油漆和杂物,这简直有损酒店的声誉。酒店弥漫着一股浓重的化学气味(油漆味或其他气味)。洗衣房很脏。卫生间的清洁度也达不到标准。早餐还不错,华夫饼我孩子们很喜欢。前台很友好。
走进房间,接待员一点也不友好,态度很刻薄。最后才被带回我的房间,房间里有一股我闻过的最浓的霉味,简直令人难以忍受。她喷了些空气清新剂,当然,10分钟就解决了。之后味道又回来了。她道了歉,但毫无用处。这些房间不应该租给任何人。这对哮喘患者来说非常有害。
很遗憾,我留下了。
