We stayed in a limited mobility room for the first time ever. The room very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Waffle maker was unavailable during our stay. My wife and I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Room was very dated , ceiling had paint coming off. The shower had tons hair , towels and pillows had stains on them.

Very nice property. Room was spacious a clean and bed was excellent. Bath stub flywas a little slick and dangerous. Wallpaper in shower room was peeling off.

ehhhh probably not
Not what Hampton used to be. Property is showing its age. Little attention to details raises concerns - pigeon poop over main entrance, landscaping has seen better days, obvious signs of wear and tear on paint, wallpaper and corners exposed to lots of use. The sheets were yellow from age. Overall disappointing from a once dependable chain.

In regards to the other feedback, I have to say apologies that there was a technological act of GOD that made the process slower than expected. Many of us were not lucky to travel or work during this process of non-computer travel. With that being said we are only able to address the issues at hand with as much candor at that time. Clean and safe. Breakfast ok and staff very nice. Complaint was that we could hear upstairs guest walking late at night and early in the am!
