Had to change rooms due to a loud HVAC unit. Staff blamed us and we checked out two days early as staff blamed us.

酒店回复: We are sorry there seems to be a mis-understanding with your stay with us. You checked in with us at 130pm on Thursday the 20th, informed us at 530am on the 21st that your AC was loud in the room and we were able to move you to a new room at 715am the same morning. We did not blame you for this, we just explained that had you let us know sooner, we could have corrected the problem sooner. This goes for this hotel or any IHG hotel, as soon as you incur something that is not right, let us know as soon as possible so we can correct the issue. To my knowledge there was no further discussion after we moved your room. I checked our system and see that you checked out early morning on the 22nd so you stayed with us for two nights. You were issued credit for the third night you did not stay. Thanks for staying with us and Happy Thanksgiving!
