除了浴室地板有点脏以外，房间其他都很好。我注意到，当我把毛巾放下来擦脚时，毛巾变成了棕色……有一天客房服务人员来的时候，没有整理我的床，也没有补充毛巾。我晚上很晚才到，从外面用酒店钥匙卡打不开一扇外门。大门被锁上了，上面写着一个标志，上面写着我必须从我的房间和停车场走到大楼的另一边，才能从侧门进入，而一名员工就坐在大门的桌子旁。哦，别忘了说，在我住的七天里，电梯停了三天。

Our room was very neglected!! Not very clean. Tv didn’t work most of the time. Towels were stinky. We requested king bed, at reservation. But we got a queen. They need help with housekeeping.

Where do I start , we spend 2 nights with my husband and son . The room is terrible , old and dirty carpet , old furniture, the sofa bed is uncomfortable , the bathroom is not updated and the tub was with a yellow spots . The elevator had a scary noise like you are going to be stuck in there. My recommendation is not going there!

Room condition was deficient, stained toilet seat, dirty filter on bathroom fan that was not working, stained couch matress, organic matter stuck in kitchen sink that stink. Staff Friday and Saturday very friendly, but Sunday was not fine as they were rude. Contact me for more details.

None of the outlets in our room worked, so we couldn't charge our phones. The dishwasher had a sign on it stating not to use it. They really need to update this hotel. There was a ton of outside noise all night and the beds weren't very comfortable.

We really appreciated how close the hotel was to Texas Tech. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The room was good but I think it is due for some updates. The shower had a leak from the bottom of the tub. The awning under the drive thru area had dead pigeons up there and needed to be cleaned out.

It was close to TTU and I was able to walk there several times. It was also close to other events I was attending by car. I was disappointed that the pool was closed a couple of days before I arrived... No notice was given on the website. The bathroom sink was not draining well, the toilet valve in the tank was not sealing properly so it had to refill itself periodically (waste of water), the facility was dated but it was convenient and had what I needed. It was nice havng a kitchen.
