Good experience overall. Only comment is that the bathroom need some repairs (broken and loose tiles, stains on the walls, old shower curtain). Other than that we have a good experience… comfort was 100%.

Hotel was lovely except for the child/children above us for 2 nights. Children should be put on the first floor in my opinion as the sound insulation in hotels is terrible. We called the front desk and she promptly called up to their room and charged them a nuisance fee, but the sound never really stopped even after 10 p.m.

Everything was fine but the room looked like it had water damage on the walls and hopefully there’s mold growing there

Hotel had a funny smell throughout the floors.
The room key with my first room only worked twice and the batteries needed to be changed they could not change the batteries did not have the tool and matinee would not return their calls. I had to call to see what they were going to do about it and I had to change rooms. The keys worked off and on my whole trip. Very inconvenient when we had events to go to

The thing that I didn’t like was that I had no shower curtain went to front desk they handed it to me and I had to put it on. I was told they would let the manager know which she did not. When I checked out I asked the front desk if the manager was there she never got him. I told the situation and she informed me that no note had ever been left. Then she asked if I was a member I told her no I was not and she stated there was nothing they could do. But they had no issue taken payment for the room

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Good breakfast, excellent desk staff and easy to park. Love this area.

A/C was very noisy. TV never worked. Called front desk to report the issues and didn’t answer. Hallways were steaming.

Ray in the breakfast area was wonderful. He was friendly and very dedicated to making sure everyone was satisfied and had what they needed.

Hotel was hot and muggy, there was a roach in our room. The driveway roof at the entrance was falling apart. Front doors stayed opened the whole time. Would not stay here again! Front desk people not friendly at all. Kitchen staff was very polite though
