The night clerk who checked us in was so very polite and friendly. He greeted us when we came in and was very welcoming after our being on the road all day long. It was so nice of a change from some places we have stayed.! Very much appreciated.

We had a fantastic 6 night stay. All staff were friendly & helpful. Coffee & breakfast selections were of a delicious quality. Our room was very clean, comfortable & spacious.

They'll overbook and give your room away
They overbooked the hotel and gave away our room, which we learned about after a 400 mile drive. We had booked a 2 room suite, which we needed for our family. They did offer a downgraded option but it didn't work for us, so we were offered a refund and the option to book another downgraded option at a different hotel next door. Not a good experience.

It was a good experience although we didn't get to swim, the pool was going through maintenance.

As is typical with the wall mounted soap/shampoo dispensers, one was empty. Why should I have to check the room is properly supplied before taking a shower? An extra towel set wouldn’t have killed them either.

The residence suite in in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Dickson city Pennsylvania, has three of the kindest front desk people that I have ever met customer service. I have been a customer service for over 50 years. I have no idea what their last names are, but, the gentleman that we always speak to at night‘s name is Michael, Mary Wilson and Edward.The rest of your staff could use a little extensive customer service services training.

We paid for a king suite and was told upon arrival only queen available. Had to pay for parking and the tv in bedroom did not work. Hotel showing age and not well kept. Will be switching hotels when visiting this area again

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked a 1 bedroom but was upgraded to a 2 bedroom.

The Inn was clean and in a perfect location. The staff was very polite and helpful! Michael the front desk evening manager was very helpful and gave us good recommendations of places to go and things to do in the area. My husband and I had a delightful stay. Planning on returning in the fall.
