When we arrived there were guests that had been waiting at the front desk for over 30 minutes and no staff was available. We looked all over and knocked on staff doors as they had done but could not find any staff. We had 11 in our party and 5 rooms reserved. We waited about 20 minutes and finally a staff member showed up. She was very kind and did apologize however, it was very odd and she was quite frantic (but there were 15 people standing in the lobby at that point waiting for service). Once checked in we were supposed to have 5 King Suite rooms - we only were given two - the rest were regular king rooms - same price. We had 3 with us and no pull out couch so my son didn't have a place to sleep - we did go back to the desk and the lady was nice and gave us a room for my son - no charge for the trouble. We still had three rooms however, that we paid for King Suite and only had King Room. Rooms were clean - breakfast was so-so.

Friendly staff. Great location. Easy access. A lot of food options nearby. Clean room Great gym facility with water to fill your bottles. Nice, typical breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again.

Greeting and check-in was pleasant and quick. Our room was spacious, clean and convenient. Breakfast had good variety and plenty of seating.

房间不错，床也舒服，但是卫生间的水很小一点都不方便。
我的航班严重延误，想联系酒店告知会晚点入住，但电话一直没人接，太糟糕了。有一天睡到一半，火警警报突然响了，而且警报器就在床头正上方，真是让人无语🤦♀️。早餐还不错，房间也挺干净的。
接待非常热情，房间很舒适，家具也很漂亮。浴室很大，带步入式淋浴间。
环境优美，交通便利
房间干净宽敞，入住办理快捷，服务人员非常友好。
