Room was very clean as were the hallyways. Was quiet when we were there. Very convenient to downtown Marrietta. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Room smelled dirty, bathroom floor was sticky. Sofa in room was dirty and pull out bed was a joke; no kids going to sleep in that

With us being sold out, we were unable to provide another room but our staff would have been glad to come up and clean your room so that you felt comfortable staying here.
