Would be rated way higher but something was wrong with the A/C and it was making some crazy noises all night and I only got about 3 hours of sleep. My son was already asleep so was a tough choice to call the main desk or just try and find some way to sleep through it since he was already asleep. Room 221

4th level Lift area was stinky & Room rest room area was not properly clean , we can see coffee or drink marks on door

Staff were helpful and very nice. The snacks are awful high is my only negative comment.

在新的更早日期入住，前台工作人员坚持认为我所做的更改无效，并且 ******* 犯了一个错误，因为“没有将更改放入他们的系统”，但从确认电子邮件和带有新日期的新行程来看，显然 ******* 确实进行了这些更改。工作人员声称 ******* 没有给前台打电话，然后当我指出我打电话时听到 ******* 和酒店通话时，她改变了说法 - 我听到他们打字并告诉 ******* 更改“全部设置”。然后工作人员声称她就是接到有关更改电话的人，我听到她和 ******* 通话，并否认告诉他们事情已经处理好了。当被问及她为什么不立即承认她知道更改情况时，她声称她“忘记了”前一天 ******* 打来的电话。
