Staff was nice. Breakfast 10/10 because they have a variation of cold/ hot items. Room was clean, no odd smells and spacious compared to other hotels i have stayed at. will return to this hotel because it is close to Salt grass steak house, other nice restaurants and Mall.

The stay was fine. The hotel room itself was small, but clean. We didn’t use any of the amenities at the hotel.

Staff was very nice, check in was easy. Property was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy but I wasn't a fan of the pillows, not as fluffy. The breakfast had a healthy selection and plenty of tables. I didn't use the gym but it looked like everything was in good condition and had both machines and free weights. The surrounding area has lots of restaurant's and shopping but you will have to drive there.

The room was not great. Bed, sheets, & pillows very uncomfortable. Shower and floor was very dirty.

The check in was pure chaos. Alisha did her best to help as did Charles. For their efforts the rating would be higher. However, the manager Rose was not. She came in on her day off to assist because they overbooked the hotel. She brought her very ill behaved children with her. They ran all over behind the front desk and were not of assistance to the Alisha and another person behind the desk. I showed Alisha my reservation confirmation and check in confirmation and she still couldn't find my reservation. She checked her arrival sheet and sure enough there it was. Still couldn't find it in the system. Rose and her kids and the other person behind the desk left to get coffee at another Marriott property leaving Alisha alone. She tried calling Rose who left her phone at the desk. She tried calling the other property no answer. She really tried to fix it. Meanwhile Charles showed up and was able to resolve the issue. A guest (Ms Pitts) meanwhile went to find Rose. We got a room assignment. When we came back later we got to our room and Katrina was fantastic. Room was great.

很棒!前台接待员非常友好,也很健谈。唯一不太好的是按摩浴缸的水太浑浊了。感觉像是缺氯,而且有一股怪味。床上到处都是污渍。我可以理解换新的床单和毯子。但一旦把床单和毯子取下来,我们就知道它不干净。看到这种情况有点令人不安。我觉得他们应该在326房间换一张新床。谁知道其他房间的床是什么样子的呢!
