The staff were helpful & friendly! Everything was clean and room was great! Amazingly comfy bed! The hotel's furniture is a bit dated but I will definitely be back! Maybe 10 min drive to Lenovo Center which is where our concert was. It was just my daughter & I so feeling safe was an important factor! Breakfast was okay. Good apple juice, muffins and waffles. We would definitely recommend staying! Didn't even notice if they had a pool! Overall a great trip, amazing concert and great stay in a clean safe room! Parking was easy but the parking lot was full when we got back from concert so they could use a bigger parking lot.

The condition of this hotel was much less than I expected from a Hampton Inn. The carpet was very worn, needs cosmetic upgrades. I will not stay in this hotel again.

It’s an older property but the staff is amazing!! Everyone is friendly and more than willing to help. They have water and coffee all day. The breakfast was delicious. It’s in walking distance from the hospital.
