Overall for the price range and expectations it was a great stay. The hotel breakfast was one of the best I've had for a buffet. The staff was wonderful. My biggest concern is how hot the water gets and very quickly. I almost scalded myself. Please turn down your water heater settings. An elderly person or child could easily get burned.

This seem to be my go to property when visiting Tyler Tx. The location is great and convenient to shopping, dining etc., but most of all the staff is always welcoming and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The fire alarm went off at 2am waking up everyone in the hotel. It was not a fire. I will not stay here again.

我在网上预订了房间，但到了之后却因为未满21岁而无法入住。我离家有好几个小时，无法入住房间，所以只能待在停车场。预订时并没有明确规定我必须年满21岁。只是说“必须出示身份证件”。我们度过了一段美好的时光……
我们住在122房间。
浴室闻起来像尿。房间里有氯气的味道（后来发现泳池就在我们窗外）。
一张床垫的左侧非常不舒服。完全没有支撑。
空调就在床边，即使调高温度后也整晚不停地运转。这让我觉得温控器坏了。
预订了两间房，一个步入式淋浴间，还提到了可以欣赏庭院或泳池的景色。我们订的是一间带标准浴缸的单间，水槽的台面被缩短了。房间的景色是屋顶上的空调。今天风很大，但玻璃推拉门吹进来的声音听起来像飓风。好的一面是，只住了一晚。由于上次入住体验不太好，我决定三年不住这家酒店了。现在看来情况并没有改善。
