I normally don’t leave low reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. There was no cold water at all in the room. The faucet and the shower only put out scalding hot water, making it impossible to wash hands, shower, or even brush my teeth safely. I reported it, but nothing was fixed during my stay.
A hotel should at the very least provide safe, usable water, and this one failed at the most basic level. I would not stay here again until this issue is addressed.

The breakfast was really good with good options. And the bar was a full bar, great staff and knowledge about mixing drinks. They also had karaoke the night we were there which was nice

Room was ok! Bathroom was not clean. Urine on back of toilet. Shower was so powerful that it hurt your skin. It spray all over the floor ( curtains was closed) shower is too high up for normal people. Floor around tub needs repairs due to shower leaking. Staff was great & breakfast was good.

我在网上预订了房间，但到了之后却因为未满21岁而无法入住。我离家有好几个小时，无法入住房间，所以只能待在停车场。预订时并没有明确规定我必须年满21岁。只是说“必须出示身份证件”。我们度过了一段美好的时光……
