We had a fantastic stay. This was perfect for a little get away for me and my three daughters. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. The pool was great for entertainment at the end of the day. The hotel has towels right by the pool so you don’t have to worry about packing your own. The breakfast was amazing. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Breakfast meats switched daily as did some of the pastries. Having the fixings for breakfast burritos was a first for us on a hotel buffet. Charissa at the front desk helped us decide on a hike. We went to Dupont State Park and did the Triple Falls trail. It was beautiful and adventurous. The kids loved climbing on the rocks and seeing the waterfalls up close. The hotel was close to the other things we wanted to do in the area. We went downtown to do the chocolate factory tour and bought some local souvenirs at Asheville Emporium. Super cool that they support local artists. My 8 year old loves the 3D printed dragon she got. We were told a local dad makes them for the shop. Highly recommend Pack’s Tavern for dinner. Family friendly with delicious food. Wish we had more time to spend in this area. I highly recommend the hotel and the area. You won’t be disappointed.

Love the texting, reminding us if we needed anything and for and during our stay. Had a small problem with the noise above our room the first night, but that was taken care of love the hotel, extremely convenient and very nice and clean.

I absolutely loved the staff! I especially appreciated KB who was working the breakfast/food area. I thought she was so amazing and friendly. She worked so hard to accommodate anything we needed. She is such an asset, and I just want to praise her for her service to everyone!

The property was not elegant as other Homewoods, half the equipment were out of service, the hot breakfast food was cold, I had to use microwave, the street where the hotel is had alot homeless.

The room was clean and the water flow in the shower was amazing. The staff was considerate and thoughtful of our privacy. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

10 out of 10 I will be taking my family again! Pet friendly, a lot of different restaurants around, breakfast was pretty good very friendly

Excellent stay except for the bed mattress. Seems the matterss was old and not as comfortable as expected. Love the hotel and accomondations otherwise.

Everything and everyone at this Homewood suites was fantastic!
