10 out of 10 I will be taking my family again! Pet friendly, a lot of different restaurants around, breakfast was pretty good very friendly

Excellent stay except for the bed mattress. Seems the matterss was old and not as comfortable as expected. Love the hotel and accomondations otherwise.

The room was extremely clean!!! Thats a huge positive! However, the air conditioning vents are located in the ceiling…. And blast cold air on your face. I have had Bells Palsy….. caused by have fans /air blowing too hard on your face! We had to cut our stay short because of that. I am grateful to the staff for allowing us to do that without a penalty. Now for the worst thing….. the breakfast buffet is a joke!!!!! Not a darn thing is made fresh….. sure they scrambled up the liquid eggs, that tasted like plastic. The “scones” were were so crumbled up, I had to ask the attendant what the heck it was supposed to be. And the “ potato pancakes…. That was funny it was a cold has brown! No fresh waffles nor the ability to make one, nor pancakes. A break buffet is one of my “must-haves” when making hotel reservations. For the price it cost to stay in a “HILTON”…. And little freshness would have been nice. A bowl of black and brown bananas was available if you like your bananas like that

I'm not sure if maintenance was given the opportunity to possibly readjust those vents for you. We are also sorry that the Homewood Suites breakfast buffet is not to your liking. Absolutely love this place!! Extremely clean, quiet, and the suite rooms are amazing. All the staff are very friendly and always helpful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The room had an overwhelming odd smell that I commented on and they just sprayed over with an immense amount of febreeze.

Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Good shower. Quiet room, comfortable bed with extra pillows and blankets. Great breakfast of scrambled egg tortillas with plenty of optional extras. Oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, breads, juice. Helpful and friendly staff.

Because of my entire experience at this property, in Asheville, and in particular with the Front Desk staff, particularly, Karen, Mr. Fulbright, and Suzie--Homewood Suites by Hilton is now my go-to lodging choice!

干净、现代化的酒店，距离阿什维尔市中心仅一英里半。枕头是我唯一要抱怨的。我要求一个硬枕头，他们送来另一个超柔软的羽毛枕头，和房间里的其他枕头一模一样。其他一切都很棒。
