We are not irresponsible to pour concrete and not mark the area with yellow caution tape. We won't risk ruining the newly poured flooring concrete. 我们房间附近的步行区到处都是湿漉漉的水泥地和垃圾。这些区域都没有划线,所以我丈夫踩到湿水泥地上,把鞋子弄脏了。电话坏了,早餐也不达标。唯一的优点是特大床很舒服。我们的信用卡被扣了30美元,我打电话询问时,前台接待员说我们把床单弄脏了。这根本不是真的。真希望我当时拍了房间离开时的照片。我从事酒店行业好几年了,理解酒店员工为了让房间整洁而付出的辛勤劳动,绝不会故意把房间弄得一团糟。

于是我选择了“入住时付款”,但他们却在抵达前12小时左右从我的账户中扣除了我3晚的全额住宿费。这还好,但抵达后,他们又想刷我的卡,全额退款!我拒绝了,说我的钱已经被他们拿走了。老板兼经理丹尼脸色难看,说他也没办法,只能重新刷卡!我从来没听说过这种事。所以有几天,他们扣了我两倍的钱。我被告知好几次,都不是他的问题。因为这种处理方式,我再也不会来了。服务太差了。
