At first the hotel looked fairly decent. There aren't too many options around, and I booked the hotel that seemed to have the best ratings.
The hotel is right by the I-10, which is elevated at this section, which means it is louder than usual. I asked to be in the farther end, away from the highway, but that didn't really help - neither did the A/C white noise. It is LOUD.
I got the "accessible" room - so it had a larger than usual bathroom with a strange layout. Not my favorite. The carpet felt damp and sometime in the middle of the night it smelled like mold and humidity. It felt very uncomfortable.
I skipped breakfast and checked out. Hotel breakfasts became pretty bad in the last few years. I prefer getting something better elsewhere even if I get it for free.
I would definitely choose better next time.

The matress sheet felt plasticky. That was odd to me. The room and bathroom see.ed clean.

The staff at the front desk were excellent and took great care of me and my family during our stay. The upgrades to the hotel were fantastic, and the cleanliness of this location was exceptional. Will definitely recommend and be back.

Our ac was basically flooding the room. The room was never really cleaned. And little things were always missing like a floor mat or wash clothes and didn't replace the coffee

Everything from check-in to check-out for our 4 night stay was easy. The courtesy breakfast was delicious, hot coffee was available throughout the day. The high chairs for our baby were clean and readily available. Bathroom was in great shape. There was no moldy, over humid smell happening in the hallways or room. I will stay here again!

Maybe not the newest facility, but staff is amazing, rooms are clean and hotel is located in a safe area. Would consider staying here again.

Dont like that there's a business across the street that has constant thumping of music. They have no breakfast in the a.m. But rooms are clean and its a pleasant stay.
