Loved my stay, comfortable bed, very clean room, friendly staff, location was great for eating, going to Magnolia,and getting to my family in other hotels close by! Perfect stay! Only ate breakfast, yum!

They don’t let you know what’s needed to check in even if you call before you make it got there and my card wasn’t take by them and basically had to find a new room at 1am but the clerk at the desk did give a refund but still was a lot of last minute stress that could have been avoided

The hotel is beautiful, clean, the staff is friendly and gracious and for what you get, the price is unheard of! Super affordable for a beautiful and clean hotel!

The bar/restaurant was convenient and really good. Accessible bedrooms have really high beds, if you use a wheelchair. But the people that work there are friendly and very helpful. They need to fix the links on their dining page. None of them pull up the breakfast menu, and it is an arduous Internet search to find one. Pretty easy walk/roll to the football stadium, if you take the correct route. I recommend going into the stadium through the southern entrance by the river.

Book with caution. Hotel was zero willing to work around plans changing. Yes, cancelation policy, blah blah, but we stay there every time we’re in town for my son’s baseball tournaments (travel ball parents understand). They were not even willing to issue a credit for a future stay and we gave them 5 days notice (when we were notified the tourney was canceled). Poor business. Will not stay here again. We even were there on a weekend last year when they had zero electricity (construction crews hit a line) and complained about nothing!!!!!!! Makes me think I should have. They don’t care, why should we?! Shameful.

The rooms are large. Bathrooms are well appointed and large - although the lighting in the bathroom was sub- par.

Staff checked in on us via text. They were helpful with storing luggage before the room was ready. Room was clean upon arrival.

The property itself was beautiful. The room was very clean and had nice furnishings. It was so conveniently located! We walked everywhere and felt safe. We will stay here again!
