First of all we were greeted by a women who was not dressed professional at all. After being on the road for most of the day, we couldn’t wait to get into a nice warm hot tub. Well, it did not work, she had no idea what the problem was and there were really no options. The next day the asst. manager said sorry, but if you’re not a member, I can not give you any points toward something else. So…that’s where it is. The only remaining room was the handicap one with a king bed. It was fine, clean etc. Nothing special about the visit. Except things don’t work as advertised. So - probably will not visit a Hampton Inn again.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Coffee was available as was breakfast. Very quiet so a person could get a good nights sleep.

Undergoing renovation. Does not say so on the website. No lobby, dining room is small. The room door latch did not lock. There was no hot water on the first evening. Had to enter the hotel from the side doors. Definitely less accommodating than other hotels of the same chain. Hopefully when they finish their upgrade, things will be better.

酒店正在施工,而且管理混乱。我的房间没有窗帘,后来给我换了房间。早餐区也没有准备好,被挪到了走廊尽头的一个会议室。电梯速度非常慢,而且很闷热。
由于装修,泳池通道被堵住了。不允许使用洗衣房。地毯好像吸尘了,但边缘没有。第一个房间淋浴没有热水,排水管也排水不畅。我换到了另一个好一点的房间,但总体体验不太好。而且我的酒店钥匙每天都坏,所以我不得不经常去修理。
我们到达时,他们正在装修,所以没有电梯!对我们来说有点不方便,但对其他人来说,感觉很不好。他们确实提供了退款,但没有折扣!
房间很漂亮,很干净(在三楼)。床和枕头很舒服。唯一的小抱怨是,马桶漏水,除非把手摇晃,而且你能听到隔壁房间的淋浴声。早餐很棒,考虑到当时的情况,工作人员非常友好。还会再来的!
我们事先并不知道酒店正在施工。入住房间时,一名工人进了房间,继续施工。我试图使用走廊尽头的卫生间,但停电了,马桶冲不出来。当我告诉工作人员我们房间里有工人时,她只是“哦”了一声。
