首先，接待我们的是一位衣着非常不专业的女士。我们奔波了一整天，迫不及待地想泡个舒服的热水澡。结果热水浴缸坏了，她也不知道问题出在哪里，而且实在没有其他办法。第二天，助理经理说抱歉，如果您不是会员，我无法给您积分兑换其他东西。所以……事情就是这样。唯一剩下的房间是带特大床的无障碍客房。房间还不错，干净等等。这次入住体验没什么特别的。只是有些设施和宣传的不符。所以——以后大概不会再入住汉普顿酒店了。
由于装修，泳池通道被堵住了。不允许使用洗衣房。地毯好像吸尘了，但边缘没有。第一个房间淋浴没有热水，排水管也排水不畅。我换到了另一个好一点的房间，但总体体验不太好。而且我的酒店钥匙每天都坏，所以我不得不经常去修理。
除了装修带来的不便之外，这次入住体验非常棒。房间虽然简朴，但员工非常友好热情，而且尽力满足我们的需求。我会毫不犹豫地向我认识的每个人推荐这家酒店。我很期待在他们装修完成后再次入住。
