犹他州普罗沃 SpringHill Suites 酒店
这是我们从克利夫兰飞到盐湖城一整天后的第一站。我们选择普罗沃的 SpringHill Suites 酒店，因为它就在我们前往第二天目的地拱门国家公园的路上。房间很棒，从四楼窗户望出去的景色真是赏心悦目。如果你在普罗沃，一定要去看看新娘面纱瀑布。
酒店还行
酒店不错，干净整洁，但有点旧。当时是阵亡将士纪念日周末，所以酒店里人很多。泳池比较小，没有按摩浴缸，早餐还可以，但不算最好。
他们认为我们所有人都必须使用公共区域的卫生间是可以接受的，因为我们所有的管道都需要维修/不工作/堵塞了。我们到达时，淋浴间里有血和粘性的东西，上面粘着黑色的头发（我们都没有黑头发），所以在我们尝试使用之前需要清理干净，浴室水槽堵塞且无法排水，马桶冲不出去，淋浴堵塞并且水管被切换了，所以我们发现你必须用冷水才能得到热水，然后它仍然几乎不喷水并且漏水。我告诉前台工作人员，他们知道这一点并且不在乎。游泳池也因维修而关闭。再也不会住在这里了。对于这种价位的万豪酒店来说，在你甚至不能使用浴室的情况下期望你支付全额费用是不可接受的！！我们与*******聊过这件事，酒店不愿意为所有问题提供退款。

设施令人印象深刻，早餐选择丰富，大堂提供热饮。房间（单间）干净整洁，看起来很新，布置精美。空间利用率很高。早餐很棒。设施维护良好，地理位置优越。入住体验愉快，令人愉悦——感谢 SpringHill Suites！
这是我第二次住在这里，如果我以后再来普罗沃，我还会住在这里。酒店地处非常安静的区域，附近有很多餐饮和购物场所。
我们开车10个小时去岳父岳母家过感恩节。大约半程的时候，我儿子开始病得很厉害。那天晚上我入住的时候，我告诉前台的女士发生了什么事，她帮我们换了另一间与之前房间相连的房间。结果那天晚上，我和女儿也病得很厉害。前台非常乐于助人，也很耐心，我们一直在努力想办法，看看能不能准时退房/延迟退房/或者需要再住一晚。前台非常友好、友善，理解我们糟糕的处境。
准备早餐的早班工作人员似乎忙于在厨房里互相交流，而不是为客人提供基本用品。没有盘子、糖浆、杯子等等。停车非常困难，空间非常狭窄。
房间简洁而优雅。不过泳池没有加热，所以白天没法放松。
