No cleaning service. Key card for doors broken, looked like it was in a constant state of repair… painters tape holding panels up. Elevator broken.

The property appeared to be under construction, but it was still very well maintained, spotless and impressively clean. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Virginia. I also arrived earlier than my check-in time, and the staff kindly had my room ready in advance, which was incredibly helpful as I was attending a wedding with my husband and children. It was truly appreciated. Thank you!

I was disappointed with the bed linens.. they were wrinkled almost like they werent cleaned. The pillow cases were very wrinkled. I dont mind staying in a 2 star hotel but a few special touches could make it better. The best thing about this property was the person checked us in on May 3rd at 3:00. She was great!

We were there for a soccer tournament and checked in late Friday and left Sunday. Breakfast was decent nothing fancy. Service was good. Location was great and convenient to fields.

Neutral-breakfast ok but eggs were pretty dry and same offerings each day
Negative-parking lights flickered entire stay of three nights creating strobe like effect in rooms at night

Dingy and Dirty
This hotel is dingy and dirty. Housekeeping, in particular, was poor. Our bathroom floor was filthy, as were most of the common areas. Bath area was dirty. Water pressure was low. Walls Olin bathroom were rusty. No one was at the front desk when we tried to check out.

I booked a king size room got here got a double the young lady at desk had to go see if room was available get in room can't watch TV 3rd shift reception like what you want me to do about it this is unacceptable I paid my money for no TV access
