The rooms were a bit dated and showed some wear and tear but overall were nice.

The suite itself was amazing. It was comfortable with lots of space to spread and organize everything I had with me for my work presentation in Guelph. The staff were all courteous and friendly, going above and beyond what I've seen at plenty of other hotels I've stayed in. I definitely will be coming back to stay here when I'm back in the Guelph area.

Friendly staff, great breakfast selection, room is fairly clean though some things are bit outdated. But I would recommend the place.

Solo business trip.
Clean room and the parking was really easy. The hotel is located away from the downtown chaos yet you are 6-8 min. drive away from it all. Quiet and clean amenities.

房间很大 非常干净 人员服务很好 ，免费咖啡很好喝，隔音很好，整体满意！
预订时，我没有看到需要确认是否需要无障碍客房的地方。所以入住时，我询问是否有空房，因为我和妻子都想要步入式淋浴间。入住的女士非常客气，告诉我们无障碍客房已经被订满了。不过，她设法给我们安排了一间带步入式淋浴间的房间。我们遇到了一些问题。1. 我们房间里的无线网络信号很弱，我不得不去大堂使用电脑。2. 房间里唯一的椅子是办公桌旁的一把办公椅。它被调到了最低的位置，这样扶手就可以伸到桌子下面。当我准备坐下时，由于椅子太低，我重重地摔了下去，结果向后翻了个身，背部重重地摔在地上。幸运的是，没有摔坏任何东西，但是摔倒之后我一直很疼。3. 早上醒来，我发现胸部和手臂上被咬了四口。我不知道是不是臭虫引起的，但我睡觉时没有发现臭虫。房间很干净。早餐很棒，工作人员也很棒。我建议在那个可能有残障人士入住的房间里，放一把四脚椅可能更安全。另外，应该采取措施确保无线网络信号足够强，这样人们就可以在房间里上网，而不必跑到大堂去。
