The staff is very kind, patient, flexible, helpful, and understanding. The rooms were very clean and neatly organized. The doors to the joining room were a bit hard to open and close, but I’m assuming that’s because they’re not used often. I had an awesome stay at this location. Staff are very welcoming and warming. I def will make this location my go to!

There was blond hairs in the bed and on the pillows. There was only one single solitary wash cloth in the room but there were two bath towels and face towels so it was clearly an oversight. The bed was hard. Once we saw the hairs it was downhill from there anyway with being comfortable. Won’t be staying here again. I did give the stars for the check in. The lady at the front was super nice.

The first day of our stay was fine, and even though the room felt a little dated and was noisy at night, the first day was okay. However, we discovered cockroaches in the hallway near our room the evening of our second day, and this just ruined the experience for us. We ended up staying the second night out of necessity because we couldn’t easily transfer to a new hotel later on a Saturday night, but it was unsettling to know about the roaches in the building. We alerted management and have asked for compensation, but so far, the requests for compensation have been denied by the hotel. We had hoped for better cleanliness and customer satisfaction from an IHG property.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom other than what was in the shower. bed was extremely comfortable room was large and spacious.

The check clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV remote did not have a back to keep the batteries in. There was no soap in the container in the bath.

My room smelled strong of perfume or deodorizer. The elevator was broken, which I am capable of walking, so it wasn’t a big issue for me. Old and definitely needs some updates.
