The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade in the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. I had stains on the countertop in my kitchen and the air conditioning unit was leaking.
My room door latch would not work and the door coming in the the parking lot on the 1st floor was always open meaning anyone could walk into the hotel unnoticed
The exercise machines did not work. Basically the hotel is in desperate need of renovations

Asst. manager Aerie was extremely friendly, upbeat, and helpful! Location was convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Unfortunately we arrived at the wrong property on first try. Please be very clear that there are 2 properties in the area and send the correct address ☹️

Check in was great with wonderful service. One less star because shower pressure was low and water didn’t get hot, just warm.

3rd party availability was not updated & I pd for a room when none were available.
I got to town in the evening, Uber’d to the hotel, for them to tell me there were no rooms available. Desk clerk: “We don’t know how it happened that you were even ABLE to book thru 3rd party. There’s a holiday inn across the street but unlikely they’ll have a room bc there’s an EVENT here in town!” And she let me walk out to figure it out. No follow-up today from management (as yet, 3pm next day). No calls, no emails, no nothing. No mention made of trying to rectify this error from a customer satisfaction perspective. I am very disappointed. IMO more should have been done during the scramble to find lodging and now after the fact.

Great layout. Kitchen very user friendly.
Staff helpful and kind. Would stay here again.
