No hot water. Breakfast is not good. Very limited selections. Train track right outside window and shakes the building when it passes including late at night/early morning.

My stay went above and beyond my expectations! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whenever I come back to Norfolk, this will definitely be my go-to place to stay.

One of the cleanest ones I’ve stayed at
Customer service was great at check in last night. Called the front desk this morning and come hood bugga girl had a whole attitude off me asking one question. Wish I knew her name id post it here. I don’t like dealing with ghetto chicks

The location next to the airport led me to believe there would be a shuttle. Is it clearly posted on the website that there is no restaurant and no shuttle service?

Great Stay in Norfolk, VA.
The Residence Inn by Marriott Norfolk Airport is the place to stay. The hotel rooms were immaculate, the free breakfast was exceptional. Additionally, the convenience of shopping, local restaurants and close proximity to the airport made the stay even more appreciated. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Norfolk.

No hot water/ Reps lied to us
No hot water for the entire length of our stay. We were told at check it that it would only be out for the night and would be back up the next morning/ afternoon but we were there for 2 nights and we didnt even have hot water at the time that we checked out. They straight up lied to us. Bad situation and not happy. Will not stay here again.

The breakfast was good with the exception of the eggs being hot. When we got them from rhe earmer and walk back to our table they were cold. And too poor TV reception and the ceiling had water stain damage

The service was great and the front desk was very helpful and accomodating. The property in nearby shopping and restaurants to grab a quick bite.
