I booked and prepaid for a room to attend an event at the convention center. I arrived after the check-in time of 4pm and was told my room was not ready and the valet parking was full. I’d did not get a notification that my room was ready until 9:30pm for an event that started at 6pm. I ended up parking 2 blocks away and changing in the car. Highly disappointed!

AC was very noisy no Wi-Fi during the stay at 18th floor! Housekeeping didn’t do a good job cleaning the room!

I really enjoyed the dine in breakfast area. The staff was very nice, the food tasted great and my drinks were brought out fast.

The stay was great. The amenities were not aligned with what is on the website. There was a pool listed with spa. I asked the front desk personal and they said it hasn't been available since covid. Also the day I arrived there was some type of wedding going on and most guest were on the 18th floor. all the decorations they has on their garments (small tiny items and shiny strings) were all over the floor. The staff did not vacuum the floor at all the entire week I was there. And yet for some amazing reason, your staff has gone above and beyond everywhere else.

员工很棒！服务一流。我预订了一间配备无障碍设施的房间。浴室里有扶手，但是浴缸里有一个很重的座椅，需要我自己搬进去。搬进去之后，浴帘就坏了，淋浴的水都流到浴室地板上，我不得不擦干。所以，对于像我这样行动不便的人来说，这个座椅几乎毫无用处。另外，温控器也没有使用说明。
