Pool pic misgiving
Breakfast items were plentiful. Pool was smaller than seen in pictures. There happened to be a football team of 8 or more 8year old boys that were always in the pool being loud so I never went to pool. Requested cleaning person to come every other day for my 5 day stay. After numerous calls to front desk, they came on the 4th day. Front desk stated that we were ignoring them on day 3 when in actuality we weren't even onsite.

Over a course of a week, not once did housekeeping come by. Also, there were 100s of ants in the room. The hotel came by 1 time to spray, but it dis not work. I actually had to go out and buy my own spray to treat it properly. The other hotel guests were loud and disruptive. Ended up leaving a day earlier than planned because it was so miserable. Never will stay here again.

This property is older and our first room had many items broken or not working. Next room was better but still older. Remember a wall mount for charger and wifi did not work on my ipad but did on phones.

A bit of an odd smell in 1st floor rooms. Seemed strong when we entered, but got used to it.

我们不知道如果只住两天，他们不提供房间服务。壁炉坏了。水非常冷，没有热水。不过他们确实要求我们换房。第二天晚上7点30分左右换了房间。我们拒绝了，因为那天我们时间太紧。早餐不错，停车免费。我会再住吗？不会。

我房间的淋浴水温刚好，没有热水。而且，房间里的电话也坏了。
他们说没有现场工程师，因为周末休息。我还被告知酒店已经客满……所以很难相信没有工程师在现场。
前台工作人员帮我换到了同一层楼的另一个房间。那个房间也没有热水，也没有电话。
我第三次去前台反映情况（因为我房间里的电话坏了，无法打电话），工作人员告诉我，水温是房间预设的，酒店里没有能用的电话。
我真的很想退款换酒店，但当我告诉工作人员时，他们说因为我是通过第三方（Orbitz）预订的，所以这需要我自己负责。
坦白说，我没有离开换酒店的唯一原因是我只住了第二晚，而且已经筋疲力尽了。
以后的客人如果希望有热水、良好的水压和能用的电话，一定要小心这家酒店。
这家酒店至少15年没有翻新过了。
