The cleanliness was outstanding. We were only there for 1 night for an event and couldn’t really use the amenities but it was all very clean, convenient and spacious. We plan to return and visit the spa.

Overall the property was ok, but I was severely disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. Countertop and sink had not been properly wiped and cleaned. The floor look as if it had only received a glancing sweep, with noticeable build up in the corners and behind the toilet.

From the moment I entered, the staff was very polite and respectful. The hotel was very clean. My room was comfortable and cleaned daily.

Hotel has changes a lot. there is a parking fee, restaurant menu has change drastically. the room needs a little up keep.

Great to Game and Shop
Great hotel, good area, lovely bar. My first time here for a con, and they had a lovely set up available to us. The bar was great for socializing post-con, and the resturaunt's food was good too!
