There was black mold beside the bathtub. There were fruit flies all over the room. When I asked where the chair was in the room I was told it was probably broken.The toilet stopped working and when I reported it nothing was done. I went and asked again and was told it would be the next day. I think asked if they could give me a new room. Which they did.

This will be my first and last time staying in an Extended Stay America. The halls were smelly, the room floors were covered in greasy dirt and the roaches were running wild and free. I counted 8 roaches in my room during a two day stay. My review is a bit harsh (and I knew it was a cheaper accommodation) but it was worse than I anticipated.

The staff was wonderful. The room that I booked for a two-night stay was disgusting. The sheet had hair and something that looked like rat or fecal droppings of some kind on the sheet. I suspect the bedding was never changed from the previous occupant. The mattress underneath had urine stains on it. There were multiple large holes in the walls. The curtain was ripped straight across, leaving a gaping hole facing the window. The pullout bed cushions had deep stains on it as well. The room itself reeked of cigar or cigarette smoke despite the room being marked as non-smoking. There was trash left throughout the hallways, and the stench in the hallway on the third floor was simply overwhelming; I had to cover my face each time I came and went. It was truly one of the nastiest rooms I've ever had in a hotel stay.

Disgusting stay. My first room was filled with fruit flies and roaches, so I asked for another room. In the second room my bathroom was broken, and the room smelled like someone had been smoking in there. Also the walls had stains. Staff was nice though, but thats not enough to make me stay here again

The refrigerator was not cleaned, there were crumbs and food particles left behind. The shower had little to no pressure, so you had to stay right under the shower head. The area behind the counters in the kitchen had splashes of old food that was never wiped down. There were roaches in the room. The hallway trash cans were over filled with trash and lots of bags of trash were left in the hallway. The carpets were dirty like they had not been washed in years. Also, there was foul oder in the hallways, perhaps due to the trash. The outside areas had overflowing trash cans. Lots of trash around the buildings. I would most definitely not recommend staying here. Not worth trying to save a few bucks.

The building smell like **** cigarettes and bad decisions. The room was full of knats and fruit flies. The people in the neighboring room were super loud and talking very loud until well in the morning. The range hood and light did not work. Nor did the oven door close.
There was mold in the bathroom by the tub, as well as hair in the soap dishes in the shower. The pull out sofa mattress was stained and dirty. In the morning, before we left, after getting no sleep, we killed one roach, and one got away.
I told the attendant before I left that morning and he let me know that they were planning on fumigating the property in the near future. We had to check all our belongings thoroughly to make sure that nothing got in our bags or in our clothes before we left.

That they are falsified what they offer, they also fail to inform you about the hundred dollar deposit that takes 7 to 10 days to get back. We even cleaned our room but probably won't get our deposit back anyway.
