Very clean and Condition of room and hotel were okay but bartender was unhappy and unfriendly the entire stay. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

Best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time! Rooms were very big and the bed was very comfortable! Only complaint was the rooms were very dark even with all of the lights on, other than that it was great!

Great hotel and staff. Apparently the pool is a view for some guests so loud kids irritate them, and we were asked to leave early. I've never had that experience at a hotel pool.

A/C extremely loud. Hard to watch tv in outer room. No storage in bathroom. Chairs in dining room in need of recovering. Building could use some overhaul.

The key system was down, so I had to have someone walk me to my room to let me in. Fortunately, they issued a refund after I explained that I wasn’t ok with the lack of key situation.

Terrible experience
Cold water did not work in the shower and bury one of our children, we alerted the hotel to this and they did not apologize. The AC in our room also did not work. Ultimately we moved to a new room, but their key card system went down and we were not issued any keys. One elevator was out of order. Rooms and furniture was run down. Will not stay here again.

Stay at Embassy Suites of Hilton in Williamsburg
Everything was awesome about this trip. I love this hotel, spacious clean, awesome breakfast- all of the breakfast staff make you feel like your mama's cooking your breakfast. It is close to all of the spots on the Williamsburg main ***** of Richmond Road that we like to go to. Even the bed was the most comfortablest. Really loved Corey's soul food another excellent place to eat, added to one of our old favorites, which is Captain George's. It is so welcoming that all of the staff make you feel like they really want you to feel at home and it's not just a job. Last but not least, Meadows, frozen custard is to die for.
