We only stayed one night. Had two rooms. One room did not have any heat. My family froze. Hotel couldn’t do anything about it at the time. Overall a nice hotel. Driveway was very icy after a small snowstorm.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and it is one of our favorites! I am extremely picky about hotels. Cleanliness is crucial to me and Homewood always exceeds my expectations! We LOVE the suites, as we have a large family. The walls and floors are a thick, so no hearing neighbors (and no worries about our kids accidentally bothering neighbors). Everything is wonderfully clean and organized! Having a full sized fridge, stove and dishwasher makes longer stays so much easier. Every employee is welcoming, kind and helpful! Breakfasts are amazing and offers a wide variety of foods. The waffles are the kids' FAVORITE! The pool is clean and warm. The hot tub is also clean and very toasty! It helped melt out the long car ride muscle pains in no time, lol! Homewood really is a home away from home!

There was hair in between the sheets of the main bed. The pull out bed had food and toenail clippings underneath the mattress. The crib had what looked like chocolate ice cream dried on the bars.
Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Bed was a little too hard for my liking.

This place has been a favorite of ours. It is close to where some of our family lives. We enjoy walking in Long Lake Park. We like the breakfast here. We like the rooms that have plenty of space and conveniences.
This is the first time, however, that we haven't LOVED the room. (This is probably at least our fifth visit here.) I did not enjoy being right next to an elevator. I could hear the elevator going up and down. Of course, that is not much of a problem unless you are sleeping. Granted, I am a light sleeper. Next time we stay here, though, if we are assigned a room next to an elevator, I will ask for a different room. I would not recommend the room.
