Toilet made noise throughout the night and room door would not open. We had to open the door for each other. Keys were useless. Doors need to be upgraded and toilet fixed.

Our shower curtain was moldy. My comforter had large brown stains on it. While using the gym a HUGE cockroach crawled across the floor. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Cloudy, moldy walls, moldy filter, hair floating, stains everywhere. Disappointing when you choose the hotel because it has an outdoor pool. Was happy to be leaving and Definitely would not stay there again.

Interior appears to updated. Could clean the corners better. Exterior is horrible. Ripped screens, dirty exterior, exterior door by my room was filthy, exterior plantings need to be maintained. I walked around the building numerous times. The back is nasty. Needs to be painted and/or pressure sprayed. Disappointed in this Marriott property. Not up to beautiful Williamsburg standards.

Rooms are a bit dingy and breakfast was crowded and hot temperature-wise. Trash fans are too small in the room and glad there is recycling. Front desk staff was friendly and nice!

Clean and close to anything you need
Wonderful stay clean and close to everything. They have breakfast and social time with free ice cream. Super nice rooms and walkable to anything needed. Very safe area

我在这里住得很棒！我独自一人去看望男朋友，所以去接他很方便，需要的时候随时回来也很方便。房间很干净，但谈不上“完美”。床下和桌子后面有一些灰尘和碎屑。我注意到是因为我掉了一些东西，去取东西的时候才发现的。我没有叫客房服务，因为我想和男朋友一起度过一个私密的周末。我也很喜欢这里便捷且提前办理入住的设施！我上午11点就办理了入住，几乎没有遇到什么问题（我的卡被拒了，我的银行也遇到了一些麻烦。这完全不是酒店的错，他们非常理解！）另外，我很喜欢这里要求最低入住年龄为18岁，因为我和男朋友都只有20岁，而大多数酒店都要求21岁以上，所以很难找到住处。我唯一的抱怨是，最后一天我在房间里发现了几只活蟑螂……其中一只活生生地藏在水瓶里（太恶心了），另一只后来我准备退房时发现它在墙上爬来爬去。可能是因为我没有叫客房服务来，但我也不知道。这家酒店允许携带宠物，所以走廊里能听到几只狗叫，不过房间隔音效果很好，因为房间很大！总的来说，我很享受这次住宿，以后如果有需要，我一定会再来的！
房间里暖气异常，只有76华氏度（约24摄氏度），床上的被子很脏……看起来像是干掉的咖啡。早餐供应到上午10点，但9:35没有咖啡或主菜……我们被告知他们会检查或处理。一些食物在15-20分钟后才送来。退房时间是上午11点，10:45我们却因为房卡被剪断而被锁在门外。
