The staff was very friendly and timely at check-in. Easy peasy. The room seemed clean, however the carpet felt sticky to bare feet, like it wasn't rinsed properly when it was steam cleaned. The outside grounds could use some attention though. Weeds growing all along the inside of the curbs all the way around the parking lot. All in all it was a good stay though. Would stay at this location again.

everything was clean staff were nice. Bathroom did not have any shampoo or conditioner in their dispenser. They were told when we checked out as I was already wet in shower before I realized they didn’t have any left

The room appeared to have had some renovation within the past year. Most of the room was very nice. However the molding around the tub does not look as if it was replaced as mold was showing along large parts of it.

Bed was hard as a rock, and the pillows were flatter than pancakes. Definitely did not sleep well. I stay at Hampton anytime I travel and have never had an issue

Elevator bumpy! Shower does not drain. Water pressure is terrible. Hotel needs remodeled. Breakfast was good. Very disappointed with the Hilton brand on this stay! Key did not work. Had to have guest service let us in our room. Please make changes. Thank you!

Room key didn’t initially work. Screw holes in bathroom wall stuffed with toilet paper? Bathtub visibly damaged (from wheelchair?) No staff at desk majority of time.

Over all a nice hotel, we didn't care for the pillows. Forgot ours at home. Tv channels could have been better. But not a deal breaker. Coffee was only like warm.

Room and hotel was clean and no issues with the room
