Booked a room here last minute after the horrible mistake of booking a room at the days inn down the street. We were immediately welcomed with open arms. This hotel and our one night stay were fabulous!

很棒的一家低调酒店。不张扬，房间/套房很大。员工不怎么主动，但谁在乎呢。住得很愉快。
我们入住的第一晚去了冰冷的室内泳池。我把女儿的泳衣挂在浴室门后晾干。第二天我们去了布希花园。回到房间后，发现客房服务人员显然来过我们的房间，而我女儿的泳衣有一半已经不见了，挂在浴室的衣钩上。它根本就不在房间里了。可能是客房服务人员把它从衣钩上碰下来，和毛巾混在一起了，但无论如何，客房服务人员来过房间后，泳衣就不见了。我联系了前台，她一开始把它当做失物招领，然后又拖延了很久才表示不相信客房服务人员拿走了我女儿的泳衣，最后说她会和客房服务经理谈谈，之后再给我打电话，但她一直没有回复。第二天早上退房时，我问客房服务人员前一天从我房间里拿走的女儿的泳衣有没有归还，她的回答是：“如果你没亲眼看到客房服务人员拿走泳衣，那就当没发生过这件事。” 基本上，这两位服务员都没有去弄清楚我女儿的泳衣是怎么从我们房间里消失的，而是直接骂我是骗子。
很棒的住宿地点
我们和两个孩子在这里住了两晚。双人大床套房非常适合我们四个人入住。工作人员很友好，酒店靠近水上乐园和历史悠久的威廉斯堡。
我们房间的空调出了点问题，所以整个旅程房间都很暖和。另外，电视台也时断时续，不知道为什么。不过总的来说，这次住宿很干净，也很安静。
去威廉斯堡殖民地非常方便，干净整洁，床很舒服，室内泳池很适合孩子们。员工服务热情，但最近很忙，所以有点担心人手不足。大堂很漂亮。
酒店不错，位置也很棒。房间干净宽敞。唯一不方便的是我们的房卡无法进入房间、泳池和商务中心。我们不得不多次前往前台寻求帮助。
工作人员很友好，床很舒服，房间很漂亮，我们唯一遇到的问题是电视有时不能正常工作，空调也出问题了，但除此之外一切都很好
