We tried canceling the reservation this morning because of a medical emergency that I had. I am still at the hospital in Virginia Beach.,when I call the front desk at the hotel , they told me that it was too late and I had to deal with *******. Not a good experience… thank you, Twiggy Perrotta

The check in and out process was easy and quick. The room was clean and spacious (king). I was disappointed to find the hot tub pictured and listed as an amenity has been filled with concrete. It was a main reason I chose this hotel.

很棒的一家低调酒店。不张扬，房间/套房很大。员工不怎么主动，但谁在乎呢。住得很愉快。
很棒的住宿地点
我们和两个孩子在这里住了两晚。双人大床套房非常适合我们四个人入住。工作人员很友好，酒店靠近水上乐园和历史悠久的威廉斯堡。
我们房间的空调出了点问题，所以整个旅程房间都很暖和。另外，电视台也时断时续，不知道为什么。不过总的来说，这次住宿很干净，也很安静。
去威廉斯堡殖民地非常方便，干净整洁，床很舒服，室内泳池很适合孩子们。员工服务热情，但最近很忙，所以有点担心人手不足。大堂很漂亮。
酒店不错，位置也很棒。房间干净宽敞。唯一不方便的是我们的房卡无法进入房间、泳池和商务中心。我们不得不多次前往前台寻求帮助。
