The room we were in was in need of attention. There was a large water damage spot in the ceiling. Two of the electrical outlets were loose. The carpet was very dirty. The elevators were very dirty and in need of repair.

Disappointing Stay – Checked Out Within an Hour
We had to check out and find another hotel within an hour of checking in due to the poor condition of the rooms. The accommodations were outdated, not properly cleaned, and had issues with mosquitoes and bugs. We requested a room change, but the alternative provided was equally unsatisfactory. Upon informing the front desk that we would not be staying, they were understanding and promptly assured us of a full refund, which was processed without any issues. While the staff was courteous and responsive, the overall condition of the property was disappointing.
