SpringHills Suites Hotel is great for families, and the location is very convenient with many restaurants nearby. The only things I didn’t like were the limited breakfast variety and the pool — the hot tub pool and the pool water was too cold in the winter, so we couldn’t really enjoy it.

The first room we checked into was a little funky. Like moldy, wet smell, they got covered up with lots of Pine-Sol. The front desk agent was accommodating and let us switch to a new room

The property itself is definitely a budget property. Which I found surprising because I have always liked Springhill Suites but maybe this one is just due for an update. Where this place shines is the staff. There was someone different every time I went to the desk, called, or took the shuttle. But every single one of them went out of their way to be helpful and were kind. The hot tub was nice but many kids in it. The breakfast was so/so. Also typical. But there is a Chilis and Wendy’s basically next door.
