When we checked in, the front desk person didn’t even acknowledge us for 5-10 minutes as we awkwardly stood there waiting to get checking in. The rest of the stay was great, but the staff at the front desk and breakfast areas weren’t very friendly. The website stated it slept 4, but the pull out couch was an uncomfortable trundle for 1, so the 4th person was on the couch. Unfortunately no one slept well. Hot tub was nice and hot albeit a little extra chlorinated for my eyes and lungs. The breakfast spread was fabulous and even included GF options!

Some staff was amazing, others were lacking customer service skills. Breakfast was ok if you like microwaved food, yogurt bread and cereal. Dining area was small for the amount of guests trying to eat. Room was spacious and mostly clean but bed was uncomfortable and had a lot of wear. Mold growth and cleanliness issues in the bathroom.

The pool and scoozy were clean.I didn't notice a little mold in the bathroom in our room.But that's to be expected when you shower.And there's steam over and over periods of time.Other than that, my room was clean.My sheets were clean overall.I would definitely stay here again

All rooms in this property are suites. Ours had a king bed with ample room in the adjoining space. The breakfast room was spacious and welcoming, the food was the usual and well tended. Our group used the space in the later evening as well. Parking was handy and they offered a shuttle service as well. All in all a very nice weekend.

Needs updating hotel is old wear and tear very visible
