This hotel isn't your fanciest place in Kelowna, it does not have the greatest views (Our room faced the dumpsters) but that comes with an advantage of being super quiet and avoiding the noise off the Hwy and offering us a great sleep and the room was very clean! We found a deal online and booked two nights while we did some Christmas shopping. The hotel is centrally located, close to the main mall and all other shopping staples but not too far from downtown or the airport. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was perfect throughout our stay. The only thing that this hotel lacked over others in Kelowna is their breakfast selection. You do get a hot feature like scrambled eggs and sausage but there could be an improvement in offering more selection of teas, flavoured coffee creamers, baked goods, such as muffins, croissants, etc. Check in and check out was a breeze and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed here with my husband in Mid September, No signage on the place, gps lead us there. Checking in was smooth and the desk clerk was pleasant. Our room was on the 4 th floor facing the highway, but it was pretty quiet considering proximity to the road. The bed was comfortable and the linens were good. The room decor was dated and not overly clean, especially the bathroom where the tub floor was filthy and had some dark hairs (not ours) there was a piece of dental floss on the floor from previous guests, and the bathroom was also a weird shape like a hallway with a weird squarish shaped toilet at the end. I have noticed a trend of minimal housekeeping at many hotels which I believe is due to staffing shortages. I booked the room online thru Hotwire for around one twenty so I will say that it met our needs but will I book again ?? Maybe if the price is right… We did not used the pool or any of the Amenities this time.

The water in the pool was disgustingly dirty, the gym was a joke broken dum bells, also very dirty, the continental breakfast was garbage. the rugs in hallways ,and rooms need steam cleaned. the girls at t he front desk were very rude. we will never stay there again.

Please read reviews of most people and don’t book this hotel for your health and safety. Don’t get fooled by the low price because these people are scammers and unprofessional. I have checked in Kanata hotel on august 07 ,2022 at 6:30 pm.I have been charged in full which is unlikely in other professional hotels! Room was not in good condition after unloading my belongs ,I had to leave the same night because of rude staff and dirty rooms . I have brought my concern to the front desk that the bathroom is dirty and I found “poop around the toilet. So we were moved to another room bathroom was cleaned in front of me ,but desk was dirty and it doesn’t show that it was touched or sensitized .I have brought a filthy desk mat with hair and coffee to the front desk and her answer was “oh the cleaning person forgot to wipe it “. For the health of my children and myself I had to find another hotel paid for a full 5 nights and was happy .I believe it was not professional or fair to be charged for a room that I never even stayed . I have been charged $623.28.Also , talking to manager they made it impossible. I wrote a complain to the head office no one replies. I was told that I am going to be charged for a night and will be refunded the two nights, with no conformation email about the cancellation nor apology. I believe they have two types of rooms and I was welling to pay more for a better accommodation, but I can’t trust the cleanliness. Any person pay $1 or $1000 needed to be treated the same . At least deserve a clean room . It has been very frustrating experience for all of us coming this long from Calgary very tired to be treated bad and charged for 0 service we all work hard for money. Not sure who liking this hotel is not serious. No manager on sight is concerning too
