Unfortunately, it was not possible to inform you in person during your stay, as the "Do Not Disturb" sign was displayed for the entire duration of your visit, preventing our staff from accessing the room before your departure.After check-out, our team found clear signs and other documented elements, which were shared with the booking agency as per our standard procedure.The room had to undergo a special sanitization treatment in order to make it suitable again for use by other guests, which involved extraordinary costs and thus justified the charge applied.We understand that you may disagree, but we firmly reject any accusation of discrimination or inappropriate conduct.
