The room was extremely dated for price charged. The TVs were very small and at least 25 years old. The in-unit fireplace was a main reason that we chose this property and it was faulty. Maintenance came and replaced multiple parts only to determine that it had an electrical short-not a comfortable situation with a toddler. Staff was pleasant but offered no resolutions. We have stayed at this property at least 6 other times, but this unit and stay was very disappointing.

There were several things in the condo that needed extra cleaning and/repair. Dishwasher was full of mold and the heating element was corroded so I had to hand wash all dishes. There was mold in the master shower, door lock was loose and the seal on the fridge door was shredded at the bottom. Also, the ceiling had orange spots in different places in the kitchen, living room and loft. Tons of dust on kitchen ceiling too. The chairs in the living room were also worn and very creaky. We looked all over for a broom too because of some spilled popcorn and there was nothing in the condo for us to sweep up after ourselves. They have a cat that roams around the property and was inside the office when we left. My kids are allergic to cats so thankfully they were in the car while I did checkout.

这个地方糟透了！通往公寓的街区破败不堪，感觉很不安全。考虑到地理位置，我们要求在入住前先看看公寓。维修人员一开门，一股难闻的气味扑面而来，像是脏地毯和湿狗的味道！家具陈旧不堪，躺椅看起来像是从垃圾堆里捡来的。餐桌上到处都是大片水渍。我们只看了客厅和餐厅，就足以让我们受不了了。我们取消了预订，改住河石度假村。
很遗憾，我们无法入住，因为在前往酒店的途中发生了车祸。尽管我们预订的是不可取消的房间，但酒店拒绝给我们任何形式的退款，哪怕是部分退款。
房间非常老旧，而且有一股霉味和烟味。晚上主卧天花板滴水，吵醒了好几次。说实话，这里根本不适合我们一家人度假。我以后绝对不会再来了。
我们的套房非常干净，而且美极了！我们一家人很多，但空间非常宽敞。孩子们都不想离开。这次入住体验非常棒！10/10
