Didn’t even go into gym so don’t know. Guest get 1 card for each night of stay with $18 credit for Traderoom bar but would be nice to use in all food areas like the Rhett restaurant. Need better wine selections like Napa Valley, Sonoma or Paso Robles.

The hotel is safe and clean with large rooms. We enjoyed our stay. The valet staff were friendly and efficient. The front desk was not very friendly though.

Bar was the worst. Handed my check and asked for a tip before I received my drink or meal. Server barely looked at me and clearly wasn’t happy to be there. The room was nice and location close to lots of shopping and dining. Gym was convienent and well equipped. I’m not sure I would stay there again but if I do - I would not eat or drink there again.

Stayed here for a last minute Labor Day trip!!
The hotel and staff beyond exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return. We spent most of our visit hanging out by the pool and enjoying cocktails during the afternoon. The bartender was super fun and gave us great recommendations for the evening we had ahead of us!! Can’t wait for our next visit.

Beautiful property with great amenities. Excellent location..wonderful, helpful staff @ front desk...Most bartenders were friendly and attentive...my favorites were Melvin, Jack & Emily; they made me feel comfortable and welcome as a solo traveler. I will definitely be back!!

Yes there are alot of shopping places on Riverstreet and places to eat. Also the hotel as a nice restaurant and bars. City Market is across Bay Street.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Alida. The hotel staff, location, and amenities were perfect. The daily hotel credit was an unexpected surprise. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a convenient, walkable and quiet place to stay in the historic district. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Savannah.

入住时，其他客人都收到了香槟……我们没有。此外，酒店还提供了饮料抵用金，但我们被告知只能用于泳池酒吧。我们去泳池酒吧的时候（大约下午6:09），被告知他们已经关门了。退房时，我被告知这笔抵用金实际上是用于一楼另一家酒吧的。如果我知道的话，我肯定会用它。为我们办理退房手续的女士根本没兴趣帮忙解决这个不便。
房间很脏。浴室淋浴间和地板上都有头发。布艺家具到处都是污渍。柜台很脏。走廊外的地毯多处都有污渍。不会再住这里了。非常失望
