Had to pay to park even though there was no sec ur e parking in the property, anyone could enter or exit the parking lot. There was zero instruction regarding the breakfast I paid for with my reservation.

The indoor pool was dirty despite being regularly used. I saw at least three other families headed to the pool when I was there. The hot tub was even worse. The staff were not friendly and we did not get offered cookies at check in or any other time.
The housekeeping staff were excellent and knocked on the door in the afternoon to check on us because we didn’t want them to clean because we were only there for a short stay.

The property felt very upscale. It helps that a building's decor such as this is kept up-to-date. It really gives the guest a good feeling. The pool area was really nice. The green space between the hotel and pool one can look thru the windows was very nice.
Our room air conditioning did not seem to cool as low as we would have liked. We lowered it to 66 when we arrived and it didn't seem to cool beyond the 72 that it was originally set to.
Also, the sheets feel scratchy. Everyone loves smooth soft sheets.
Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would return. Thank you!
