Hotel was nice but dated. Our toilet was dirty when we checked into our room and we found a bug crawling around. Staff was nice when you could find them, front desk was left unattended majority of the time.

The room was clean, most staff there was very friendly. I had made a reservation online accidentally messed up the date and they still levied the morning prior. Amazing service. Thank you

Check in was a mess. I had reserved and PAID FOR three rooms through *******. (two on one reservation, and one room on a second reservation). Upon arrival, only two reservred rooms were in their records. We had to pay for the thitd room that was already billed to my credit card.. (at a higher rate) Totally unacceptable....
I will call ******* tomorrow & request a refund for the third room.

The only negative was that the 3rd floor hallway had an unpleasant smell. Luckily it was not in our room though.

Very clean, Ami was amazing each morning at breakfast taking care of everyone - very friendly and personal. Staff was helpful and our stay was peaceful even with a baseball tournament crew there .

Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. We stayed 3 nights and the room was refreshed each day. Bed made. Towels replaced trash emptied. Will stay again

They did not have pool towels available. My room had a leek in our sink and they did not have any more double queen rooms avaliable so they did offer me a King room with a pull out sofa bed, but I know how uncomfortable the sofa beds can be and I was not going to have my mother sleep on that bed as she was on the trip with us so we were unable to use the sink in our room. They did not offer to take any money off my room at all for this issue.
