房间非常小。
天色已晚,我们又开了更长时间才到达汉普顿酒店……真是令人失望!!我们本来想离开的,但已经筋疲力尽了。

不达标
我到达后被告知我的房间由于前一天晚上“客满”而尚未准备好。然后,服务员主动提出免费给我房间。我觉得这真是个好意。我没有主动要求,是他主动提出的。他让我一小时后再来。
我再次遇到同一个服务员。他看了我一眼,然后移开视线,拿回手机,一言不发地走开了。大约两分钟后,他带着夹克和背包回来了。他再次从我身边走过,一言不发,径直走了出去。此外,女服务员叫了他的名字,他也无视了她。
这位先生很粗鲁,毫无尊重。这远远超出了提供的条件。这倒是个不错的举动,但更重要的是他的举止和行为。
女服务员(Akita)在我办理入住后确实发短信问候我,对我非常友好。她提供了一些关于我住宿的有用信息。我很感激。
我以前在这家汉普顿酒店住过几次。不得不说,这是我最糟糕的体验。我怀疑自己以后会不会再住这里,也不会推荐这里。除了秋田,这里的服务简直太差了。
我们订了一张双人床。他们说已经超额预订了。最后我们订的是一张特大床和一张折叠沙发。这跟我订的不一样,他们的态度是要么接受,要么离开。当时已经是晚上9点半了,我们别无选择。
一楼走廊的地毯被泳池边的地毯浸湿了,整个走廊都弥漫着霉味。房间非常陈旧,而且霉味很浓。隔壁酒店停着大约8辆警车,他们透过车窗和灌木丛四处搜寻。感觉周围很不安全。
厕所离地面很低,很容易堵塞。垃圾桶也很小。工作人员很友好,下午提供新鲜饼干、泡茶的热水、随时供应的可可和美味的免费早餐。我不喜欢机器榨果汁,所以我希望有瓶装果汁和冰茶可供选择。游泳池坏了,但不知道为什么。停车场有很多坑洼。房间很干净。
这家酒店完全符合我的预期,性价比高,位置好——虽然不是特别好,但性价比高。停车位有点紧(不过我开的是一辆大车)。选择这个位置是因为它很方便——不是因为它是度假村。
从入住到退房,这家汉普顿酒店的工作人员都非常乐于助人,态度友好。我非常感激能带孩子来这里。我想感谢我们入住期间参与的所有工作人员。每个人都很友善,而且位置也维护得很好。谢谢!顺便提一下在早餐区工作的女士。祝福你!你真的让我 5 岁的孩子的早晨变得最好了。♥️
